About the Role
ALYXT BV is hiring a seasoned and execution-focused Vice President of Projects to strengthen its leadership team. This role is fully remote and limited to professionals based in Florida, United States.
You will own the delivery of key company initiatives from planning through completion, improve coordination across functions, and help a distributed team stay aligned toward long-range operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide major company projects through every stage, from early planning to final delivery.
- Manage, coach, and synchronize remote project managers and associated teams so collaboration remains strong.
- Review current project management practices and implement modern, scalable approaches that improve productivity.
- Serve as the main connection point between executive leaders and project teams to keep priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Spot risks early, build practical mitigation plans, and remove blockers without delay.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in senior project management, portfolio oversight, or corporate leadership roles.
- Hands-on success leading remote or widely distributed teams.
- A solid history of delivering complicated, high-value business programs on schedule and within scope.
- Excellent ability in communication, analysis, and resolving conflicts.
- Comfort using enterprise project management platforms and remote collaboration tools.
