Vice President of Operations

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned operational leader to take on a strategic Vice President of Operations position. In this role, you will improve business processes, strengthen efficiency across the organization, and help turn corporate strategy into day-to-day execution. The position is entirely remote and is intended for highly capable professionals with strong leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in operations management, ideally in banking, finance, or business administration.
• Well-developed strategic planning ability, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with international teams.
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently and collaborate effectively across different time zones in a remote setup.
• Experience in a financial institution or banking setting is strongly preferred.
