This is an executive operations leadership opportunity with a Wisconsin-based, multi-site packaging manufacturing platform. The organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a broad corrugated manufacturing and converting network across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site corrugated and converting operations.

Candidate Profile
- Hands-on corrugated packaging experience is required.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations.
- Strong track record of leading Lean transformation and operational improvement.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation
The base salary is approximately $300,000, depending on experience, and includes bonus potential.
