Vice President of Operations

Role overview

The Rensselaer Finance Club is seeking a full-time remote Vice President of Operations to lead the club’s day-to-day operational execution. This position is responsible for keeping activities, projects, and events running efficiently while supporting the club’s overall goals and member experience.

What you will do

• Shape and execute operational plans that support the club’s objectives.
• Coordinate club projects and events from planning through delivery.
• Improve processes so club operations run more smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor financial performance and help manage P&L-related tracking.
• Work closely with club leadership and outside partners to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
• Help ensure a strong experience for members and other stakeholders.
