This leader needs strong comfort with technology and systems, along with advanced financial judgement, data interpretation, and metric-driven decision-making. The role also calls for improving operating margin through close coordination with executive leadership and internal teams, while making sure the right tools and support are available to meet short- and long-term goals. The position requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, solve current issues, and stay focused on future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial planning, staffing, and the management and use of company assets, while partnering with executive leadership to support profitability.
  • Direct the evaluation, design, and rollout of a company-wide operations and customer support strategy, including the creation and execution of a strategic plan.
  • Lead and coach senior managers, strengthen leadership capability, and reinforce operational and sales best practices across the organization.
  • Review existing SOPs, intervene where needed, and identify process improvements while working closely with executive leadership on strategic, tactical, and operational concerns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on major operational workflows, budget performance, and key business indicators.
  • Work with executive leadership to build the annual business plan and contribute to long-range forecasting for growth and expansion.
  • Partner with the Sales team to increase revenue by developing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience at the director level or in a higher leadership position.
  • Background in managing and developing both in-office and remote teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex needs using analytical and technology-focused approaches and then build and manage programs, metrics, and solutions.
  • History of guiding an organization through sustained, profitable growth.
  • Solid operational and financial judgment, with measurable success in planning, implementing, and executing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
