Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously refine the overall learning and enablement strategy, including its philosophies, operational models, methodologies, and standards.
- Collaborate strategically with the CEO and Executive Team to craft and execute transformative learning programs and workforce initiatives.
- Drive development and enhancement of talent growth frameworks such as leadership ecosystems, career pathways, skills development, and focused training programs.
- Facilitate data-driven workforce decision-making processes to support talent attraction, retention, workforce planning, benchmarking, and scaling operations.
- Manage a comprehensive multi-year learning roadmap aligned to corporate strategy, growth targets, and capability requirements.
- Provide senior-level counsel on enablement strategies supporting major business initiatives and transformation projects.
- Partner with cross-department leadership to identify skills gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Oversee creation of blended learning assets including digital content, on-the-job learning tools, job aids, and experiential learning to enable rapid skill acquisition and performance readiness across functions.
- Assess and measure learning program impact using data analytics and promote ongoing improvements.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Learning team to ensure strategic alignment and high performance.
- Champion corporate responsibility efforts including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteer initiatives.
- Fulfill Food Safety responsibilities as required.
Supervisory Role
This position entails supervisory duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum six years of experience in learning, development, or training-related fields, including at least five years in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement impactful training and development initiatives.
Physical Requirements
The role is primarily sedentary with reasonable accommodations provided as necessary.
Department & Reporting
Belongs to the People department and reports to the Executive Vice President of People.
Classification
Exempt status under FLSA.
