Role Overview

The Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships will shape and execute the company’s worldwide partnership strategy. The position is responsible for building, developing, and sustaining long-term relationships with major companies, industry groups, technology ecosystem partners, and strategic allies. By developing a strong partnership ecosystem, supporting business development, and coordinating resources, the role is intended to accelerate market expansion, business growth, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global strategy and annual roadmap for strategic partnerships.
  • Identify high-value collaboration areas and strategic opportunities that match the company’s business priorities.
  • Create a tiered partner management framework and establish methods to assess partner performance and fit.
  • Ensure the partnership ecosystem supports the company’s long-term growth direction.
  • Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing management of important global partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with large enterprises, industry associations, technology companies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Spot collaboration possibilities and drive the completion of strategic partnership agreements.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle and work to maximize the value generated from each relationship.

Qualifications

  • More than 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem collaboration, or corporate development.
  • 8 to 15+ years of experience in global partner management or senior business leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic alliances or ecosystem partnership systems for large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business models, channel partnerships, and enterprise collaboration processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and resource integration skills.
  • Global outlook with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Well-developed strategic thinking, analytical ability, and project execution skills.
