Role Summary
The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for managing operational performance across all regions. The role owns the strategy and rollout of global operating models, with a focus on consistent standards, process improvement, and alignment with broader business goals. It requires close oversight of regional operations teams, tracking of key performance indicators, improvement of supply chain efficiency, and leadership of operational excellence initiatives. The position also partners with executive leadership on strategic planning, coordinates enterprise-wide projects, and ensures that the company’s operational capabilities can support growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Direct global operations strategy and ensure execution across all regions.

Qualifications

- Advanced capability in supply chain management, including global logistics, vendor relationships, inventory oversight, and demand forecasting.
- Strong strategic planning background with the ability to turn long-term business priorities into practical operational plans.
- Solid project management experience, especially leading cross-functional work, coordinating timelines and resources, and delivering large-scale outcomes.
- Proven leadership in global or multi-location operations, with experience managing senior teams and influencing executive decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to use data and business metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in environments spanning different cultures, functions, and time zones.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
- Exposure to technology-enabled operational solutions, including enterprise systems and process automation tools, is important.
