Role Overview

The Vice President of Global Operations Management is a fully remote, full-time leadership position responsible for managing comprehensive operational activities spanning international markets. This role supervises global operations teams, defines performance benchmarks, and ensures that processes, systems, and controls align with business goals, regulatory demands, and client service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational workflows and tackle complex issues that arise across global locations.
Collaborate with departments including finance, risk, compliance, IT, and front-office teams to coordinate efforts.
Devise and implement operational strategies focused on continuous improvement and transformation projects.
Manage large-scale projects, optimizing resource allocation and supporting the introduction of new products and market expansions.
Monitor operational risk and deliver detailed performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven expertise in operations management and driving operational excellence within complex, multi-location settings.
Experience in supply chain management or end-to-end process oversight, ideally in financial services or related sectors.
Strong strategic planning abilities aligned with setting operational priorities to support organizational growth.
Extensive project management experience handling cross-functional initiatives successfully on schedule and within budget.
Leadership experience at regional or global scales within securities, banking, or financial industries.
