Role Summary

The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote leadership role focused on directing and improving BFA’s operating strategy and execution across all markets. The position oversees global operations teams and establishes standards for efficiency, scalability, and compliance, while ensuring operational priorities stay aligned with the company’s AI-driven financial offerings. The role also includes building and improving operating systems, coordinating efforts across trading, risk, technology, and client service, and supporting sustainable growth through performance tracking, partner management, and process enhancement. In addition, the VP will coach operational leaders, help guide expansion into new regions, and contribute to executive decisions.

• Solid strategic planning ability, with a record of turning business objectives into clear operational action plans.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional work from planning through delivery and review.
• Leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or technology-led organizations, ideally with international exposure.
• Comfort working in a remote, distributed setup with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical approach with working knowledge of data-led decision-making, KPIs, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA, similar advanced degree, or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions is an added advantage.
