Job Overview

As Vice President of Enterprise Technology and Business Operations, you will be a vital member of the Customer Experience and Operations leadership team, overseeing enterprise technology, business applications, teammate productivity, AI advancement, and shared business services. Reporting to the COO, this role is key in shaping strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancement across Service Delivery, IT Management, Asset Management, Business Applications, Internal AI, and Vendor Management. You will collaborate broadly across departments to ensure reliable services, process improvements, and operational efficiency, while managing budgets, teams, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise service delivery including Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management with focus on monitoring KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technology service reliability and monitor service processes and disciplines supporting business needs.
  • Lead blended delivery models involving internal, managed service partners, contractors, and vendors, including capacity planning and asset lifecycle management.
  • Own the roadmap for enterprise applications across CRM, HRIS, collaboration, and workflow tools, standardizing and transforming business processes.
  • Partner with leaders to improve workflows, automate operations, and enhance productivity through internal and external technology solutions.
  • Champion enterprise AI adoption, developing governance and responsible AI use while embedding AI solutions into workflows and services.
  • Provide executive oversight of operational vendor management ensuring alignment with business goals and service expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for budget planning, operational strategy, resource management, and building high-performing teams.
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the teammate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree or relevant equivalent with at least 15 years of experience in leading enterprise technology or business operations in high-growth firms.
  • Proven track record in executive leadership roles driving digital transformation, automation, and AI strategies.
  • Experience managing comprehensive service delivery models blending internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong financial management proficiency, including budgeting and resource forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with success in matrix environments.
  • Experience in financial technology or tech-enabled services, especially in enterprise applications or productivity platforms.
