R. J. DIAMONDS is hiring a senior creative leader in the United States to own and advance the company’s creative vision across brand, product, and marketing experiences. This remote executive position calls for a strategist who can pair ambitious ideas with reliable delivery in a dynamic global setting.
What You’ll Lead
In this role, you will shape the organization’s creative direction and raise the standard for how the brand shows up across channels. You will guide storytelling, visual identity, campaign development, and broader creative strategy so that the work remains consistent, original, and effective at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and champion the creative direction for brand, digital, and marketing work.
- Build brand narratives that deepen identity and connect with audiences around the world.
- Own the creative process for integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, and experiential formats.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Executive leadership to align creative priorities with business goals.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire creative talent while encouraging a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Maintain strong brand governance and ensure standards are applied consistently across every internal and external touchpoint.
- Track industry shifts, new technologies, and evolving best practices to keep the brand moving forward.
Qualifications
This position requires executive-level experience in creative direction, brand leadership, or design leadership. A strong portfolio showing impactful brand and campaign work is essential, along with experience managing global or distributed creative teams. Candidates should have a deep understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing environments, plus strong storytelling, conceptual, and visual communication abilities. The role also calls for the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across large organizations. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
