Role Overview
The Vice President of Business Development leads the design and execution of strategies for business growth and overall company management. This position holds comprehensive responsibility for expanding market presence, acquiring clients, developing channels, managing strategic partnerships, and driving international growth. The goal is to secure long-lasting, sustainable advancement while elevating the firm's brand recognition and competitive edge in the global jewelry and luxury markets.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement medium- to long-term business development strategies and growth initiatives.
- Evaluate industry trends, identify market opportunities, and assess competitors to refine business direction.
- Drive the company’s penetration into both domestic and global marketplaces.
- Create sustainable growth models to boost market standing.
- Develop and execute expansion tactics for B2B, B2C, and international segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with major clients, strategic alliances, and essential business resources.
- Broaden channels including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and international distribution within the jewelry sector.
- Integrate offline and online sales to support ongoing revenue growth.
- Pursue new and emerging markets and uncover promising business prospects.

Required Qualifications
- 20 to 25 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, market strategy, or related fields.
- More than 8 years in senior roles such as Director or Vice President.
- Expertise with business models in luxury goods, jewelry, consumer products, or high-end manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience driving international market growth and managing global clients.
- Strong abilities in strategic planning, negotiation, and partnership building.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic insight, communication, coordination, and implementation skills.
