Vice President of Business Development - Global Clinical Trial Supply

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead and expand global commercial growth within the Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) sector. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in clinical trial packaging, labelling, CRO services, biorepositories, comparator medicines, and Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs). This role offers the unique opportunity to shape strategy and direct the future trajectory of an established organisation’s CTS division, known for its commitment to enhancing safety, reliability, and efficiency in the pharmaceutical supply chain worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development initiatives globally focused on CTS services.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with sponsors, biotech firms, and key sector stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth and influence strategic business direction for the clinical trial supply department.
• Serve as a prominent representative at industry conferences, networking events, and client engagement forums to enhance brand awareness and business potential.
• Lead with flexibility either as an individual contributor or as a player-coach, according to business needs and personal leadership style.
