Role Overview and Responsibilities
Operating under the Senior Vice President of Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, the Vice President will oversee commercial technology initiatives, digital transformation, analytics, and ERP strategy across ADNOC. This role ensures that technology investments generate value throughout the organization and align with long-term business goals.
- Establish and manage standards for commercial systems, processes, and technological infrastructure group-wide.
- Lead the crafting and implementation of the Group Commercial digital strategy, defining technology roadmaps and executing transformational programs.
- Promote the use of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-informed decision-making to boost commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders from Commercial, Finance, and Digital divisions to enhance technology deployments, optimize business applications, and realize enterprise-wide benefits.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over 18 years of senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, supply chain, or analogous business areas.
- Demonstrates a successful track record managing expansive digital transformation projects, ERP system implementations, business application rollouts, and analytics initiatives.
- Exhibits strong strategic insight, commercial awareness, and financial expertise, with the capacity to engage and influence top executives.
- Experienced in navigating large, multifaceted multinational corporations, preferably within energy, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines alongside exemplary leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
