- Maintain strong channel health through careful list management and deliverability best practices.
- Partner with creative and content teams to produce engaging, brand-aligned messaging that supports conversion and customer engagement.
Team and Agency Leadership
- Recruit, guide, and motivate a strong digital marketing team across key functional areas.
- Create a team culture centered on curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and assess external agencies and technology vendors, including RFPs, onboarding, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Support employee growth through coaching, feedback, and clear career development plans.
Analytics and Reporting
- Define and manage KPIs across all digital channels and establish regular reporting rhythms and executive dashboards.
- Use data and insights to guide budget decisions, channel mix changes, and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Analytics to improve attribution modeling and assess marketing contribution to the P&L.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including 4 or more years in a senior leadership role managing multi-channel teams.
- Demonstrated success in scaling performance marketing and owned-channel programs within DTC, retail, or ecommerce businesses.

- Proven ability to manage agencies effectively and build productive working relationships.
- Excellent analytical capability with experience in performance measurement, attribution, and media mix optimization.
- Experience handling large media budgets while improving efficiency and growth at the same time.
- Track record of developing high-performing teams in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
