Job description
Position Summary
In this executive role, you will lead Noble’s Army Corps sales organization and help define and execute the company’s growth approach across U.S. Army markets. The position is centered on revenue expansion through strong leadership, team development, disciplined operations, and high standards of execution.
The right candidate will bring senior-level defense industry sales experience, a strong understanding of Army acquisition processes, and a demonstrated history of building and guiding successful sales teams. Success in this role depends on coaching, accountability, and effective execution in support of warfighter readiness and mission success.

- Direct the Army sales organization with clear strategic leadership to support sustainable revenue growth and broader market reach.
- Hire, develop, mentor, and keep strong sales talent while promoting accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
- Set sales goals, performance standards, and growth plans that help the team consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Work with the executive team to shape and execute growth plans, account priorities, and revenue goals for Army customers.
- Guide teams on opportunity screening, account strategy, capture planning, and proposal efforts.
- Create customer profiles, market intelligence, and strategic account plans to uncover emerging needs, modernization efforts, and future opportunities.
- Lead competitive reviews and market analysis to strengthen Noble’s position and improve win rates.
- Contribute strategic direction to increase share within Army communities.
- Maintain a strong operating rhythm across teams, with attention to pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, execution, and revenue delivery.
- Partner with marketing, vendor relations, operations, contracts, and supply chain teams to keep growth initiatives aligned and successfully implemented.
- Enforce forecasting discipline and keep leadership informed on pipeline performance, revenue results, and key business measures.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals and organizational KPIs through effective leadership and team performance.
- Act as executive sponsor for important customer relationships and strategic industry partnerships.
- Represent Noble at conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and other defense-focused events.
- Review win/loss outcomes, market movements, and company metrics to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen sales effectiveness.
- Promote a culture built on customer success, operational excellence, professional growth, and mission achievement.

- Advanced forecasting and qualification abilities.
- Solid business-planning skills, with discipline in tracking progress, spotting obstacles, and driving solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Education And Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university is required, along with 8 to 10 years of progressive business experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and relevant experience.
Computer Skills
Strong working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and NetSuite, is required.
