About the Role

As a Venue Manager at Hilton, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality by overseeing daily operations of one of our hotel dining outlets. Your role goes beyond management, as you create memorable dining experiences that brighten each guest's day during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations including maintaining guest service excellence, product quality, inventory management, cost control, profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences by monitoring service and product standards, evaluating guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the food and beverage experience.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor your team by supervising performance, conducting evaluations, providing professional growth opportunities, and recognizing accomplishments to foster a committed and high-achieving staff.
• Boost revenue by deploying creative marketing campaigns, implementing effective up-selling strategies, and organizing promotions to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and training new team members to uphold superior service and operational standards.
• Maintain compliance with relevant health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to safeguard the wellbeing of both guests and staff.
