Join inca as a Venture Development Intern and be the operational partner to our founders, who come from backgrounds as former BCG project leaders. Situated at the crossroads of Strategy, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance, you'll play an integral role in transforming the claim management landscape through Agentic AI.

• Collaborate intimately with the founding team on pivotal projects crucial to growth.
• Address real challenges with tangible impact by building and iterating solutions.

Candidate Profile

• You are either an advanced student or recent graduate in Business/Management (Finance, Economics, etc.) or in a Technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics.
• You possess a strong sense of ownership and a relentless drive to see projects through to completion.
• You have a solid understanding of AI concepts and software processes, enabling effective communication with both engineers and investors.
• You are versatile, comfortable shifting focus among diverse tasks like financial analysis and technical workflow optimization.
• Your analytical skills enable you to deconstruct complex problems into actionable insights backed by data.
• As a digital native, you’re proficient with Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms, and organizational tools like Notion, and eager to learn new software rapidly.
