Role Summary
The Business Associate for Packets & Movers Operations will manage the full journey between customers and vendors, making sure shifting assignments are completed smoothly and on time. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-through, along with the ability to contribute ideas for business growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Capture complete shifting requirements from customers, including inventory, location, timelines, and any special handling needs.
- Create accurate and competitive quotations using internal pricing rules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the moving process.
- Set clear expectations around cost, timelines, and the scope of service.
- Find the right vendors for each request and coordinate with them end to end.
- Negotiate rates, availability, and service conditions to keep the work commercially viable.
- Finalize execution details with vendors, including date, time, manpower, and vehicle needs.
- Monitor compliance with agreed service levels and proactively address vendor-side issues.
- Track active jobs closely and step in quickly if delays or operational problems arise.
- Coordinate live between customers and vendors to resolve issues during execution.
- Maintain a strong zero-failure approach across all assigned movement jobs.
- Support commercial closure by balancing customer expectations with vendor cost structures.
- Protect margins while also keeping conversion rates healthy.
- Gather post-job feedback from both customers and vendors.
- Spot service gaps and share actionable improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Close all operational and customer experience loops after job completion.
- Identify new market opportunities such as new clusters, demand pockets, and underserved areas.
- Build strategies to improve supply reach and fulfillment capacity.
- Work with internal teams to align supply growth with demand patterns.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen vendor density and service availability.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Operations within Packers & Movers or the Delivery/Logistics space.
- Prior exposure to roles involving customer interaction and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of Dubai’s market conditions and customer behavior.
- Comfort with negotiations and high-pressure operational situations.
- Strong ownership mindset, execution focus, and ability to solve problems in real time.
- MBA is strongly preferred, though it is not compulsory.
- Analytical ability to turn data into practical supply-side strategies.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time onsite position.
