The company is seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist to take charge of vendor partnerships, subscriptions, compliance, and process automation. This is a very hands-on role that involves managing several priorities at once, challenging vendors when needed, and ensuring follow-through on every detail. The role values diligence, persistence, and confidence more than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the full vendor journey, from identifying and onboarding suppliers to handling contracts and renewals. You will also manage the procurement and lifecycle of company hardware and IT equipment, while coordinating with Legal on agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, and service contracts.

You will maintain visibility over software subscriptions, identify unused or duplicate tools, and manage renewal schedules so that no subscription renews automatically without review and approval.

In addition, you will handle KYC and KYB checks for new vendors, keep records and documentation up to date, serve as the primary contact for external partners on operational issues, and build trackers or automations that reduce manual work and support scale. You will also assist with ad-hoc operations requests, reporting, and compliance documentation.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is naturally meticulous, notices details others may overlook, and follows through until tasks are fully closed. You should be comfortable working across multiple streams of work at the same time, while staying organized and in control.

You should also feel confident pushing back on vendors, deadlines, and incomplete responses when necessary. Strong communication skills in English are important, and prior exposure to AI-driven workflows, process improvement, and operational automation will be valuable. The role calls for 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, procurement, or a similar field.
