Role Profile
- Communicate fluently in English and German at a negotiation level (native-level or comparable proficiency, minimum C2 in both spoken and written forms).
- Completed vocational training, preferably in industrial management, wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding and logistics, IT system management or similar fields.
- Reside in Hamburg or nearby areas and be willing to work onsite at our office.
- Experience with Salesforce Service-Cloud (SFSC) and vendor management is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessment of sales inquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality processing.
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales department and internal units such as Legal, Tax, Billing, and Receivable Operations.
- Manage the company’s registration on vendor portals of clients and maintain accurate data entries.
- Review and process documents as part of the vendor process, ensuring compliance with internal company guidelines.
- Coordinate signature procedures, both digital and physical, while reliably managing deadlines, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Handle technical questionnaires from clients during the procurement process by gathering necessary information from relevant departments and presenting answers in an organized manner.
