Vehicle Service Agent

Role overview

We are seeking a hands-on Vehicle Service Agent to help keep our fleet in excellent condition. This entry-level, full-time permanent position is based in Andergrove, Queensland and runs for 38 hours per week. The role suits someone who works carefully, enjoys practical tasks, and can keep up with a busy operational environment. Training will be provided.

What you will do

• Clean, wash, vacuum, and prepare the inside and outside of vehicles so they are ready for customers.
• Replenish fuel, check fluid levels, and inspect tyre pressure, tread depth, and overall tyre condition.
• Identify any new damage to vehicles and report it according to the company’s damage-reporting process.

What we are looking for

• A valid full driver’s licence is required.
• Availability for a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Australia.
• This permanent full-time role is not suitable for student visa holders at this time.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving setting and in different weather conditions.
• Prior experience in a practical, physically demanding role is preferred.
• You must be able to follow procedures, company standards, and operational guidelines closely.
