About the Role
Carter Honda is looking for a Vehicle Lot Attendant to join its Vancouver team. This opportunity is open to people starting a career in the automotive industry as well as those considering a complete career shift. External Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep the customer parking area safe, organized, and clean.
- Wash and vacuum vehicles in inventory.
- Move vehicles and dealer trades for fueling.
- Ensure service department lanes remain accessible, clear, and safe at all times.
- Assist with preparing new vehicle deliveries.
Internal Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a showroom that is clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Ensure showroom vehicles remain clean and well kept.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Prior lot attendant experience is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Compensation
Hourly pay is based on experience.
