The role sits alongside the sales team and carries responsibility for agreeing valuations on customers’ existing vehicles. You’ll be expected to speak confidently with customers, present used-car valuations clearly, and apply your growing product knowledge with enthusiasm.
About the company
Big Motoring World is a fast-growing, award-winning UK car supermarket known for competitive pricing, a wide stock of vehicles, and a straightforward customer journey. The business aims to make selling or part-exchanging a car simple and convenient for customers.

- Assess each vehicle in detail and complete a full condition appraisal.

- Negotiate confidently and work toward an agreed purchase or part-exchange value.
What you need
A full UK driving licence is required. The employer notes that any role involving driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not satisfy insurance requirements.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment or from retail sales or customer service, and will be eager to build a career in the automotive sector. A willingness to learn, a practical mindset, and the ability to grow product knowledge quickly are important.
