Opportunities and Locations

Business Development Officer Role
This leadership position requires taking full charge of branch operations, steering commercial growth, and ensuring operational success. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and mentoring branch teams, and maintaining operational compliance.
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline and have a minimum of six years of pertinent experience with at least two years in a managerial capacity. Proven expertise in business growth, negotiation, sales, relationship management, and team leadership is essential.
Customer Experience Advocate Role
Reporting to branch leadership, candidates in this position will manage customer interactions across diverse channels to uphold excellent service standards. Key activities involve fostering strong customer relations, aiding business development, and efficiently resolving inquiries.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience, coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of business development principles.
Direct Sales Representative Role
Working under branch leadership, the role entails driving sales for AA Kenya’s services and products by creating demand, converting prospects, and achieving sales goals. The compensation structure includes a monthly retainer plus commissions based on performance.
Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in business or related fields. Prior experience in sales and marketing is advantageous. Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, communication, and self-motivation are necessary.
