Valeting Team Lead

About the Role

The role is initially located at MSL Park Motors on Navan Road, transitioning in Q3 2026 to the newly established Mercedes-Benz North Dublin Dealership at North City Business Park, Dublin 11. This new facility unites the sales and service operations of Mercedes-Benz North Dublin into a modern, purpose-built location, enhancing the overall customer experience and reinforcing the brand’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily valeting operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Provide training and support to valeting team members as required.
• Prepare and submit weekly health and safety audits to management.
• Manage reporting on attendance, punctuality, and overtime of team members.
• Summarize and report individual weekly productivity metrics to management.
• Deliver daily operational updates and briefings to management.
• Perform valeting duties including washing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of valeting areas, including ordering supplies and general site upkeep.
• Handle vehicle collection and delivery duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a similar valeting or team lead position is preferred.
• Possession of a valid, full, clean driving license is mandatory.
• Demonstrates reliability, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Possesses good interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities.
• Works collaboratively within a busy team environment.
• Adaptable and flexible with respect to work responsibilities and conditions.
