Overview
Join Marina Bay Sands as a Valet Driver and advance your career by collaborating with skilled professionals in a prestigious environment. This role involves managing vehicle arrivals and departures across various valet points including the Hotel Valet, Casino Valet, Carpark Valet, MICE, and Hall Parking areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage valet vehicle operations within Marina Bay Sands adhering to departmental protocols.
- Use the Valet Management System in accordance with departmental direction.
- Assist with vehicular traffic control on the property to ensure guest and vehicle safety.
- Deliver exceptional service meeting departmental audit benchmarks and contribute towards team KPIs.
- Direct incoming vehicles to proper lanes and self-parking spots when needed.
- Regulate vehicle inflow and taxi queues to mitigate congestion.
- Oversee Hall Parking during self-park overflow situations.
- Respond to guest inquiries related to valet and parking services.
- Execute departmental game plans effectively.
- Maintain operational equipment and ensure adequate supply levels for duties.
- Detect and report any irregularities promptly to supervisors.
- Support the team with additional operational or departmental tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- No formal educational qualifications required.
- Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of two years driving experience.
- Prior experience in a similar valet or driving role is advantageous.

- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team.
- Capability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting and managing guests' luggage.
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Composure under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with outdoor work and standing for extended periods as necessitated by operational needs.
- Competency in safely operating vehicles and recognizing traffic controls relevant to the role.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore's attractions and points of interest is beneficial.
