Role Overview and Responsibilities

Develop impactful product experiences by designing intuitive, effective, and delightful user interfaces from concept through delivery using top tools to explore diverse directions and enhance quality.
Leverage large language models and AI tools to clarify design intent, generate brief specifications, and identify potential risks and edge cases before beginning detailed design work, ensuring quick team alignment and accelerated design cycles.
Create interactive prototypes and production-ready front-end code using AI technologies like Cursor and Claude Code, skillfully switching between coding and design tools such as Figma for optimal outcomes.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from the outset to define UX requirements, maintain involvement through development, quality assurance, release, and make design decisions that consider engineering constraints.
Engage with customers directly and run rapid tests to validate and measure design effectiveness, using analytics of funnels, retention, and adoption to refine future work.
Identify and prioritize high-impact product backlog items that can significantly boost business value, building consensus with stakeholders and swiftly delivering improvements.

Location and Commitment

Positions are based in Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.
