Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our User Experience Team at Your Open & Trusty Real Estate, located in the Greater Perth Area. This role demands a deep understanding of the product technology along with the ability to translate user and business insights into impactful designs that address real user challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product's technology and its features relevant to your assignment.
  • Conduct research to provide valuable human-centered and business-driven insights for product development.
  • Produce various design deliverables including competitive analyses, user flow diagrams, low fidelity wireframes, detailed high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that enhance the user experience.
  • Effectively communicate UX research findings and design decisions to the design department, cross-functional teams within your product area, and other stakeholders using clear, accessible language.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven portfolio showcasing thoroughly designed and refined end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in interactive or visual design within the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Up-to-date awareness of current trends in mobile, communication, and collaborative technologies.
  • Capable of crafting polished design prototypes, mockups, and various communication deliverables.
  • Proficient in scoping, estimating project efforts, and independently prioritizing tasks and objectives.
  • Demonstrated history of contributing to shipped products positively impacting user experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with a range of design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
