Role Overview
The team is looking for an experienced UX Writer who can shape clear, engaging, and user-friendly content across digital experiences such as websites, mobile applications, and other product surfaces. This role works closely with design, product, and engineering teams to make sure the product language is intuitive, effective, and easy for users to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concise, engaging, and user-focused copy for a range of digital channels and product interfaces.
- Partner with designers, product managers, and developers to improve usability and clarity across digital products.
- Use user research and testing insights to refine content and improve the overall experience.
- Keep up with current UX writing approaches, standards, and emerging best practices.
- Maintain consistency with brand standards and the company’s tone of voice across all content.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working as a UX Writer or in a comparable content role.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Exposure to user research and usability testing methods.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the financial sector will be considered an added advantage.
