UX Designer & Developer with Healthcare Domain Experience (3+ Years)

Position Overview

This role seeks a seasoned UX Designer and Developer with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the healthcare domain and artificial intelligence-driven product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive user experiences for AI-driven products, including wireframes through to detailed prototypes.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability tests, then refine designs guided by data and user feedback.
• Develop and sustain design systems, component libraries, and brand-specific style guides using Figma.
• Simplify complex AI workflows—such as chat interfaces and generative models—into intuitive user journeys.
• Transform design concepts into operational, responsive UI elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like React, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Build interactive prototypes to present to stakeholders and facilitate user testing cycles.
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI design tools—like generative image/video solutions and AI-assisted coding tools—and integrate them to enhance team productivity and design iteration speed.
• Create informative product videos, onboarding tutorials, and marketing collateral including videos, social media content, banners, brochures, pamphlets, presentations, and email templates, ensuring alignment with brand consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise for digital platforms (web and mobile applications).
• Proficient in Figma with capabilities in component creation, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems management.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Basic front-end development skills capable of translating designs into functional HTML, CSS, JavaScript code; knowledge of React or Vue is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-related tools that improve design and development processes, such as generative AI content creators and AI-assisted coding utilities.
• Competence in producing video content like tutorials, demos, and marketing videos encompassing scripting, recording, and editing phases.
• Skilled in crafting various marketing materials including pamphlets, brochures, flyers, decks, and digital advertisements.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals and their implications on UX design, including conversational UI and human-in-the-loop processes, is a significant plus.
• Solid grasp of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Prior involvement in AI/ML or SaaS product design.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Copywriting abilities tailored for marketing and UX microcopy.
• Experience with fast content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Exposure to user analytics and research platforms like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel.
• Additional knowledge of JavaScript programming.
