Role overview
This position is for a UX Designer who will create clear, accessible, and consistent experiences across the FS3 product suite. The role brings together user research, interaction design, and close partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver practical design solutions that improve usability, support company goals, and enhance the experience of enterprise users.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other business partners to turn complex user needs and business requirements into thoughtful designs for SaaS and enterprise products.
Location and contract
This is a remote role open to candidates located within Germany, Romania, the Netherlands, or Austria. The employment contract is indefinite.
Language requirements
English at C1/C2 level is required. German language skills are considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities
The role includes research, design, testing, and ongoing product improvement. You will work on creating user-centric solutions for enterprise applications and help shape the overall design experience.
