Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on user experience writing in Hindi/Urdu for digital products and services. The role requires strong command of UX copy in both English and Hindi/Urdu, with a clear understanding of writing for customer-facing journeys.
Experience and Industry Background
Hands-on experience in UX writing across English and Hindi/Urdu is essential. Prior exposure to banking, financial services, or fintech environments is preferred, and experience working in corporate settings, ideally within banks, is also desirable.
Preferred Working Knowledge
Familiarity with Agile ways of working is an advantage. Experience in the GCC region will be treated as a plus.
