Job description
Role overview
This position supports user acquisition analytics across all four markets for the User Acquisition clusters. Working from the Marketing Efficiency pod, the analyst turns performance data into practical insight so cluster leads can act quickly on channel mix, budget timing, and audience selection.
Performance tracking and reporting
- Create and update dashboards that follow core UA metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, installs, and conversion rates across the four markets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for UA cluster leads and the Director of Performance Marketing.
- Keep a close watch on campaign data in AppsFlyer and immediately highlight unusual patterns, attribution problems, or major performance changes.
Funnel and cohort analysis
- Review the full acquisition funnel from impression through activation to find where users drop off and where performance can be improved.
- Use Amplitude to run cohort analysis and assess user quality, retention, and lifetime value by channel, campaign, and market.
- Share audience-level findings that help shape targeting decisions and creative direction.
Attribution and measurement
- Work with the MarTech team on AppsFlyer setup to maintain correct attribution, event tracking, and fraud safeguards in every market.
- Keep UTM naming, tracking links, and campaign taxonomy organized and consistent across clusters.
- Help extend the unified measurement framework created at Qatar HQ to Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Cross-market benchmarking
- Build comparisons across countries to identify the strongest channels, creatives, and audiences in each market.
What you need to bring
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar data-focused role.
- Practical experience with AppsFlyer, including dashboards, cohort reporting, attribution setup, and fraud monitoring.
- Practical experience with Amplitude, including event analysis, funnel reporting, retention charts, and user segmentation.
- Experience supporting UA campaigns across multiple markets or channels is preferred.
- Advanced working knowledge of AppsFlyer features such as attribution windows, re-engagement tracking, custom dashboards, and Data Locker exports.
- Advanced working knowledge of Amplitude features such as event taxonomy, funnels, cohort builder, and chart creation.
- Strong capability in Excel or Google Sheets for modelling and reporting.
- SQL knowledge for campaign and event queries is a strong plus.
- Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is an added advantage.

- Comfort managing several reporting requests at once and meeting tight deadlines.
