User Acceptance Testing Specialist - Trade Finance Automation

Job Overview

Infojini Inc is looking for an experienced User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist focused on Trade Finance Automation based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess solid functional knowledge in Trade Finance and Corporate Banking and be proficient in both Arabic and English for bilingual testing of Corporate Internet Banking portals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and perform User Acceptance Testing for Trade Finance solutions.
• Validate comprehensive business workflows within Corporate Banking applications.
• Execute bilingual testing (Arabic and English) on Corporate Internet Banking interfaces.
• Engage with business users and key stakeholders to gather and clarify testing requirements.
• Develop detailed UAT test scenarios, test cases, and document test execution results.
• Report and track defects, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
• Offer support to business teams during testing cycles and assist in facilitating formal sign-offs.
• Confirm that system performance aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Domain Expertise

• Trade Finance operations including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Payments.
• Understanding of Corporate Banking systems and related processes.
• Experience working with Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
• Capability in Arabic localization and conducting bilingual testing.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in UAT.
• In-depth understanding of Trade Finance functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities alongside proficient stakeholder management skills.
