US Recruiter with Relevant US Staffing Experience - Ahmedabad & Gurgaon

About the Role

We are seeking experienced US Recruiters with relevant US staffing expertise to join our teams located in Ahmedabad and Gurgaon. This role involves working dedicated night shifts aligned with EST timings from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The position demands strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from receiving requirements to onboarding new hires.
• Source candidates through various channels including portals, internal databases, and referrals.
• Assess candidates based on skills, domain knowledge, experience, and qualifications to match job requirements.
• Maintain and nurture a network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate salaries, issue offers, support placements, and encourage candidate referrals.
• Submit suitable candidates against open positions and meet the expected weekly targets.
• Utilize internal systems and databases effectively to track recruitment stages.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and teamwork throughout the recruitment process.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between 400,000 and 650,000 INR.
• Transportation provided with cab services to and from work locations (excluding Vadodara).
