Job Overview

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter for a Hyderabad-based office role. This position requires 2 to 5 years of experience and involves working from the office. Interviews will be conducted in person. The role is focused on US staffing, with a strong emphasis on supporting State client requirements.

Role Summary

The selected professional will manage recruitment activities for US IT positions, with a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening, and coordination. The ideal profile is someone who has already worked with State clients and can operate effectively in a fast-moving hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT hiring process from requirement intake to candidate closure.
• Support staffing needs for State client openings.
• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal talent databases.
• Evaluate applicants for technical fit, relevant experience, and visa/work authorization status.
• Arrange interviews and stay in touch with candidates as well as hiring managers throughout the process.
• Keep candidate pipelines organized and update recruitment tracking sheets regularly.
• Focus on fast submissions while maintaining quality in shortlisted profiles.

Required Background

Candidates should bring solid experience in US IT recruitment, particularly with State clients, along with strong communication skills and a clear understanding of US work authorization categories such as H1B, GC, USC, and EAD.

Work Details

This is a work-from-office opportunity based in Hyderabad. The interview process will be face-to-face.

Any graduate may apply, provided they have the relevant US IT recruitment experience and client-handling background.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 5,00,000.
