Overview
We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Tiruchirappalli on a full-time onsite basis. Candidates will primarily handle recruiting IT professionals for the US market across various technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles.
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate applicants effectively to match client requirements.
- Maintain robust candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to monitor and improve hiring processes.
- Communicate and negotiate offers proficiently.
- Work efficiently under fast-paced conditions and meet defined deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in US IT recruitment.
- Well-versed with recruiting through multiple online portals and tools.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, and related IT fields.
- Proven ability to source candidates across different channels effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
