Role Overview
This position calls for a seasoned professional to oversee US IT bench sales activities and steer the team toward successful consultant placements. The role centers on promoting available bench resources, nurturing vendor partnerships, closing negotiations on rates, and guiding recruiters to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the bench sales function and manage the team’s day-to-day output.
- Promote bench consultants across H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and citizen categories to vendors and client accounts.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Handle rate discussions and work toward timely, successful placements.
- Monitor consultant submissions, interview progress, and final placements.
- Coach team members and keep a close check on regular sales activity.
- Ensure bench profiles are marketed consistently and with strong follow-through.
- Compile and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates.
- Drive the team to achieve placement and revenue objectives.
