About the Role
This role sits within a talent acquisition support team and focuses on giving candidates a smooth, professional interview experience. It acts as a key coordination point between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers for experienced-hire recruiting.
What You'll Handle
- Partner closely with recruiters to support the experienced-hire hiring workflow.
- Coordinate directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across all stages of the interview process.
- Support the recruiting team across business, business area, business line, and industry groups.
- Send interview invitations and verify candidate availability within SLA requirements.
- Arrange both in-person and virtual interviews, including communication with stakeholders, schedule building, room booking, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Assist experienced-hire recruiters during high-volume interview days and hiring events, including weekday and weekend support as required.
- Take care of administrative tasks connected to recruiting operations.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact by using clear communication and strong follow-through with candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep the applicant tracking system updated accurately and in a timely manner until the interview cycle is fully complete to support compliance.
- Maintain candidate information in trackers and generate ad-hoc recruiting reports to monitor candidate progress.
- Own the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the reporting lead in coordination with the team.
Working Conditions
- Shift timings may be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST or 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST, depending on business requirements.
- Work locations may include Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.
Team Context
The BRC function is part of the Talent Acquisition group and supports lateral hiring for US offices. The team works closely with Talent Business Recruiting teams to manage the full hiring journey, from interview scheduling through onboarding.
Qualifications
- A graduate from any stream is preferred, along with equivalent knowledge or relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Outlook is expected.
- Ability to manage a fast-moving, multitasking environment with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Must demonstrate follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential information carefully and appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with people at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and process support is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to mid-sized or large multinational organizations is preferred.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or interview coordination is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as TALEO, RMS, SAP, or Avature is preferred.
