Role Overview

We are growing our operations team and seek skilled dispatchers and track-and-trace experts with a deep understanding of the U.S. and Canada trucking industry. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism and take ownership in managing freight efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Committing freight loads through platforms such as DAT, various broker portals, and direct communication with brokers.
• Initiating cold calls proactively to establish and nurture long-term relationships with brokers.
• Maintaining communication with brokers and clients throughout the shipment process lifecycle.
• Managing rate confirmations, lumper service requests, detention, and other additional charges.
• Resolving operational complications swiftly and professionally.
• Keeping detailed and precise documentation and records within various systems.
• Evaluating lane performance, monitoring market trends, and analyzing broker conduct.
• Identifying profitable freight opportunities while steering clear of low-margin loads.
• Adapting promptly to evolving market conditions.
• Approaching each freight load as a strategic business decision rather than a routine task.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years proven experience in dispatching within the U.S. and Canadian transport markets.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Punjabi is advantageous.
• Availability to work full-time without engaging in additional jobs or side projects.
