Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly handle purchase and sales invoices.
- Classify and document bank transactions appropriately.
- Record expenses with correct documentation and coding.
- Implement fundamental accounting concepts, including double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, and the matching principle.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and assist with account reconciliations.
- Guarantee accuracy and consistency within all accounting data.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not necessary.
- Motivation to learn and adhere to standardized procedures is required.
- Male candidates are preferred due to alignment with US working hours.
Work Schedule and Perks
- Working hours are from 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
