FLEX FLOW AI LLC is seeking a specialist who understands how freelance marketplaces operate, especially Upwork. This position is focused on identifying suitable projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and initiating productive conversations with prospective clients. The company develops custom AI automation systems, AI agents, and software solutions for businesses, so the role suits someone who is comfortable learning the basics of technology and spotting relevant opportunities.
Work Location
This is an in-office position based in Yerevan, Armenia. The team works together on site to collaborate faster, review opportunities in real time, and keep execution moving quickly.
Key Duties
- Search for suitable opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Create tailored proposals that are clear, relevant, and competitive.
- Engage with prospective clients and assess whether their needs are a fit.
- Arrange discovery calls between interested leads and the technical team.
- Support the company’s visibility and growth across freelance marketplaces.
What the Team Is Looking For
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Upwork or similar platforms, strong business writing ability in English, and a professional approach to communication. Interest in AI, automation, technology, and software development is important, along with an organized method for tracking leads and following up consistently. Candidates must be based in Yerevan and available to work from the office.
