Role Overview
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking candidates for the position of Unit Manager in its Agency Channel. The key responsibility is to establish and oversee a team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive sales growth through effective team management and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard Life Insurance Advisors (Agents).
- Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to team members to boost business generation.
- Ensure active promotion and sale of Life Insurance policies by agents.
- Achieve sales targets via managing the agency team.
- Monitor agent performance and offer consistent field support.
- Develop long-lasting professional relationships with the agents.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory graduation qualification.
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience is essential.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary with an on-roll employment status.
- Performance incentives and commission ranging between 3% and 35%.
