Overview
Join as the UK Brand Homes Manager, a key leadership role responsible for shaping exceptional brand experiences at two flagship locations representing a world-renowned premium spirits brand. You will elevate immersive storytelling, enhance brand value, and ensure that each visitor connects emotionally with the brand.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive experience strategy across both the established London Brand Home and the upcoming Northern Brand Home in Manchester, ensuring all visitor interactions reflect the brand's heritage and high standards.
- Act as a senior brand ambassador to key stakeholders, partners, and VIP guests, championing premium guest experiences.
- Develop and refine the brand home model, including storytelling methods, tasting events, premium experiences, and VIP hosting.
- Lead strategic planning for growth, innovation, and site development of both Brand Homes.
- Set operational standards, compliance procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee creation of a bar concept at the Northern Brand Home to optimize visitor experience and commercial success.
- Provide direct operational leadership, particularly during the launch and growth phases of the Northern Brand Home, ensuring excellence throughout.
- Manage daily operational activities at the London Brand Home.
- Enhance systems and processes to maintain best-in-class operations as the business expands.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to uncover opportunities and implement improvements.
- Drive revenue growth through optimized experiences, retail strategies, and informed decision-making based on data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning for both Brand Homes, owning revenue, profitability, and cost controls.
- Benchmark industry performance to set strategic priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop local managers at both sites, cultivating consistent leadership and a strong corporate culture.
- Coordinate training programs focusing on storytelling, product knowledge, service quality, and brand engagement.
- Host VIP clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism and authority.
- Report progress and future plans during weekly operational and brand meetings.
- Collaborate closely with global brand, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment with worldwide strategies.
About You
You are a polished, commercially savvy leader with extensive experience in premium hospitality, luxury brand environments, or experiential settings. Comfortable operating at a senior corporate level and traveling regularly between London and Manchester, you excel in driving strategic growth and delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing daily operations effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £68,000 to £78,000 annually, positioned as a senior and strategically impactful leadership opportunity. The company fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, professional development, and enjoyment.
