Job description

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer role requires a comprehensive understanding of the assigned product's technology and features to effectively shape user experiences. The designer will conduct detailed research to gather insights on human and business impacts related to the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product area assigned.
  • Perform research to provide actionable insights for product development.
  • Create user-centered deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Present and communicate UX outcomes clearly to the design team, cross-functional partners, and relevant stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have a portfolio showcasing detailed and polished end-to-end customer journey designs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interactive or visual design roles.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Up-to-date awareness of trends in mobile technologies, communications, and collaboration tools.
  • Skilled in producing polished design prototypes, mockups, and other visual communication materials.
  • Ability to accurately estimate project scopes and independently prioritize tasks and objectives.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful product releases through design work.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experienced with design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
