About the Role

Join Databae Solutions as a UI UX and Graphic Designer based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. You will engage in diverse design projects spanning branding, print materials, digital interfaces, and studio tools, contributing creative solutions for clients in manufacturing, education, and creative sectors.

Core Responsibilities

• Create logos, comprehensive visual identity systems, and brand guidelines tailored to client needs across various industries.
• Design brochures, pitch decks, and print collateral that are fully production-ready, including considerations for bleed, CMYK, and fold mechanics.
• Develop versatile asset sets featuring multiple formats such as logo lockups, favicons, monochrome variants, and social media adaptations derived from a single brief.
• Design web pages and UI flows utilizing Figma, ensuring designs are cleanly specified to facilitate direct handoff to developers.
• Work within and extend existing design token systems including typography scales, color variables, and spacing grids without reinventing foundational elements.
• Craft browser-based UI aligned with Indian art traditions, ensuring culturally authentic aesthetics rather than purely decorative visuals.
• Collaborate on conceptualizing new studio tools, contributing your insights and perspectives beyond execution.
• Review and suggest improvements to real HTML/CSS files, enabling effective communication with developers despite no requirement for coding.
• Prepare and export production-ready files across formats like SVG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS for print and digital use.
• Maintain and update a component library as part of the evolving studio design system.
• Participate in weekly creative review sessions to present your work, receive feedback, and refine designs accordingly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrable design experience, whether freelance, agency, or in-house, emphasized by quality work.
• A portfolio showcasing at least one logo system (including lockups), one brochure or print project, and one digital or web design is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, going beyond simple visual design to include building reusable components, utilizing auto-layout, and organizing files methodically.
• Solid understanding of typography principles including type scale, weight contrast, and line height with evidence reflected in your work.
• Ability to apply color thoughtfully by adhering to and logically extending an established palette rather than arbitrarily selecting colors.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
