About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Graduate specialized in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering to join our team for designing and detailing truck components. The scope includes Exterior, Interior, and Cab-in-White (CIW) parts using Siemens NX software.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed designs and models of truck exterior and interior components along with CIW parts using Siemens NX.
- Apply advanced skills in NX surface modeling for precise design execution.
- Design plastic and sheet metal parts with attention to manufacturing feasibility.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications effectively.
- Incorporate knowledge of plastic and sheet metal fabrication methods into the design process.
- Use product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and engineering client software such as UGNX, Sheetmetal, and Plastic modules in NX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with UG NX (Siemens NX) surface modeling software.
- Experience designing plastic and sheet metal parts.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes for plastics and sheet metals.
- Able to interpret complex engineering drawings and standards.
