Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Executive (TSI TAG) based in Vijaywada, you will oversee and expand sales through effective channel management within your designated area in Andhra Pradesh. Your primary responsibility will involve managing stockist relationships and fostering retailer partnerships to boost secondary sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a minimum of two stockists, each supporting 20 to 30 retailers assigned to your territory.
- Identify and appoint new retailers within the allocated area.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis by personally visiting all retail counters throughout the city.
- Drive secondary sales by ensuring active engagement with retailers.
- Explore business opportunities by visiting raw material procurement sites such as KOTHi, Houses, and IHB locations.
- Work closely with contractors and masons to promote product usage.
- Generate sales directly from retailer sites.
- Coordinate the arrangement of product samples and facilitate live demonstrations at client sites.
- Plan and execute in-shop meetings and promotional events to enhance brand presence.
- Effectively communicate promotional schemes and offers to contractors and masons.
- Maintain consistent coordination and follow-up with stockists and retailers to ensure an efficient supply chain.
